BFC Illustration award in association with Drapers – Kingston University
The judging panel highly commended Ravensbourne College of Design and
Communication for the standard of their Illustration and London College
of Fashion for the design content of their portfolios.
The 27 exhibiting colleges’ portfolios were judged by Anne Tyrrell,
Chair of the Colleges Council; Lauretta Roberts, Editor of WGSN; Ana
Santi, Commissioning Editor of Drapers; Anita Barr, Buying Director of
Womenswear for Selfridges and London Fashion Week designer Todd Lynn.

The annual Graduate Preview Day provides member colleges from the BFC Colleges Council with the opportunity to showcase their graduating students’ work to industry professionals.
As part of the day, a panel of industry professionals chaired by Anne Tyrrell, present awards in the following three categories;
• The ‘Drapers College Portfolio Award’ in association with the British Fashion Council.
The winner and two runner up Colleges will secure coverage in Drapers in addition to a 12 month magazine subscription.
• The ‘WGSN Digital Presentation Award’ in association with the British Fashion Council.
The winning college will receive a WGSN subscription.
• The BFC Fashion Illustration award in association with Drapers.
This year, the Graduate Preview Day was held at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
