The pop-up showroom is a strategic element of the British Fashion Council's support and mentoring scheme. It aims to promote London design internationally and secure new export business. Designers selected to participate in LONDON show ROOMS have received sponsorship through one of the BFC's designer support schemes NEWGEN and Fashion Forward or are part of independent talent showcase Fashion East. LONDON show ROOMS is supported by UK Trade and Investment (that in London is partially funded by the European Regional Development Fund) and the London Development Agency.
