My collection blends personal nostalgia with the grounded aesthetic of 90s and early 2000s New Age Travellers. Informed by family photographic archives/ keepsakes and the work of Iain McKell and Wayne Jibbetts, it reflects a raw, unpolished energy rooted in festivals, firesides, and layered, weathered clothing. The focus is on earthy yet bold palettes, oversized silhouettes, and hyper-textural knitwear. Mohair contrasts with rounded, matte yarns in multi-tonal, “dirty” shades paired with enlarged denims. Each piece carries a worn-in quality, like something treasured and handed down, shaped by time and memory rather than trend. Titled “Dear Lisa,” the collection is a quiet tribute to my mother – her strength, her attitudes, and the world she passed on to me.
