My name is Lan Nhi Pham, and I’m a 2025 graduate in Fashion Marketing with Management from the University of Southampton. For my final major project, I explored Generation Alpha and their influence on the unchanging fashion landscape. As the first true digital natives, their habits and expectations are already reshaping the industry. I looked at how their values are challenging fashion’s traditional pace — urging brands to become more sustainable, inclusive, and interactive in order to stay relevant. Alongside my studies, I’m also the co-founder and marketing manager of Zencha — a contemporary matcha brand that blends Japanese tradition with modern wellness, created for today’s mindful consumers. At Zencha, I lead our branding and marketing strategy: shaping our identity, crafting campaigns, building partnerships, and telling stories that resonate. It’s where I actively apply the creative and strategic knowledge I’ve gained at university to a real-world business — bridging cultural authenticity with a fresh, relatable voice. What excites me most about marketing is its power to connect — not just products to people, but values to communities. I’m passionate about combining insight with creativity to elevate experiences, spark engagement, and build meaningful relationships between brands and audiences. Looking ahead, I’m excited to keep working at the intersection of fashion, culture, and innovation. My goal is to help shape brands that aren’t just trend-aware, but truly human — brands that listen, evolve, and leave a lasting impact. Every project I take on is an opportunity to learn, challenge convention, and tell stories that matter. I believe the best marketing doesn’t just sell — it inspires. And I’m just getting started writing mine.
