Isabel Grace Schroder is a final-year BA Fashion Marketing and Management student at the University of Southampton’s Winchester School of Art, graduating in 2025. With a strong interest in luxury fashion marketing, PR, and consumer intelligence, Isabel thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy, driven by a passion for storytelling, innovation, and precision. Her Final Major Project investigates how luxury brands can communicate exclusivity to future high-profile consumers. Rooted in academic research, it culminated in a consulting report for LVMH titled Luxury Reimagined 2025, offering strategic recommendations and a creative outcome aimed at engaging modern high-net-worth individuals through refined visual direction and insight. Isabel’s creative practice is shaped by deep research, attention to detail, and a drive to merge innovation with market relevance. She sees fashion as a universal language—empowering, expressive, and reflective of culture and change. Professionally, Isabel worked for two years as a Marketing Assistant at Norfolk Leisure, gaining experience across sales, merchandising, branding, and marketing within the home and lifestyle sector. She also collaborated on a live industry brief for Fendi and completed both the Inside LVMH Programme and the IDM Certificate in Digital and Data-Driven Marketing. Now beginning her role as a CRM Assistant at countryside-inspired British luxury brand Fairfax & Favor, Isabel is stepping confidently into the luxury fashion industry. Her ambition is to build a career in marketing and PR communications within a global luxury fashion house—blending creativity, insight, and strategic thinking.
