Nouveau Élan reimagines the elegance of the Art Nouveau movement with a modern focus on female empowerment. Inspired by Gustav Klimt’s symbolic portrayals of women, I looked to capture the same sense of strength and beauty through flowing silhouettes, embellishments and floral motifs. These elements echo Klimt’s iconic use of gold leaf and ornamental detail that symbolises resilience and femininity. My ethos as a designer is to make women feel confident, empowered, and celebrated through the clothing they wear, this ethos sits at the core of this collection. To make the collection even more personal, I designed a custom print that reflects the profound influence Art Nouveau has had on my creative journey. The result is a series of unique evening wear pieces that go beyond aesthetics. Each garment is a celebration of womanhood, individuality, and inner strength.
