I am a Fashion Marketing with Management Graduate with a strong interest in sustainability, particularly focusing on regeneration. As someone passionate about nature and the outdoors, and as a member of the upcoming generation, I feel as though it is our duty to radically transform archaic norms and restore biodiversity with innovative techniques before it’s too late. My commitment to sustainability led me to explore the potential for the fashion industry to embrace regenerative agriculture and integrate regenerative practices within supply chains. These efforts aim to restore biodiversity and promote social justice within a capitalist-driven society. My research challenges the limitations of current circular models and proposes regeneration as a more holistic and grounded approach—one that has the potential to transform the fashion industry if widely adopted. I concluded my research project by outlining the new principles of regeneration that should be followed to restore social, natural, and economic harmony, and explored how stakeholders can be supported when making these paradigm shifts. As a result of this project, it has solidified my vision to work at the intersection of regenerative management strategy, creative communication, and ethical innovation. As I transition into the industry, I hope to continue amplifying the regenerative movement and shaping a future where fashion becomes a force for planetary healing rather than destruction.
