Ollie James Stone is an energetic womenswear designer. With a tenacious and curious attitude towards design, with a keen passion for print design. Ollie’s design methodology is deep rooted in his obsession with the 3D approach. This 3D approach allows Ollie to experiment with a wide breath of ideas in a short space of time allowing more time to focus on the development and refinement of such ideas. Working on the stand also whilst using the aid of computer programmes such as Photoshop and Illustrator helps to bring the contemporary edge to his work with his creative approach to collaging. Ollie’s graduate collection, A Girl’s First Love, draws inspiration from a box of his mother’s football memorabilia she collected during her youth supporting Watford during the 1980s and 1990s. Combined with his use of print he took these iconic items of memorabilia and gave them his own signature twist to create a fresh and dynamic take on sportswear within high fashion.  As Ollie enters into his professional development, he is excited to bring his unique attitude to design, strong work ethic and ever present curiosity with him on his journey into the industry.
