This collection explores maladaptive daydreaming-a compulsive form of escapism used to cope with stress, boredom, or trauma. Often likened to addiction, it creates a mental 11safe zone11 where individuals seek comfort and control, but at the cost of neglecting reality. The collection externalises this inner world through art, turning complex emotions into visual narratives. Grunge aesthetics represent emotional chaos and pain, while white fabrics evoke clarity and renewal. Together, they express the tension between fantasy and reality, portraying daydreaming as both sanctuary and struggle.
