I am a graduate of the BA (Hons) Fashion Design course and a contemporary luxury designer. My collection 'Over-Exposed', focuses on themes of exploration, censorship, and empowerment. Drawing inspiration from pioneering women in hiking history and a post World War ll plane crash in the Peak District, I honour forgotten histories while addressing feminist issues that remain relevant today. With a focus on technical garment construction, I combine deconstructed tailoring with hardware elements and printed silks, blending structure and softness in designs. During a placement at Paul Smith, I gained invaluable experience in pattern cutting and sewing. I am now focused on advancing my technical expertise, with the ambition to make a lasting impact in technical pattern cutting and tailoring and bring a unique perspective to the future of British luxury fashion.
