I am a BA (Hons) Fashion Knitwear Design and Knitted Textiles student and specialist knitwear designer with experience as a design and production assistant. My style is bold and vibrant, defined by strong shapes explored in my final major project collection and led me to become runner up in the GFW Ellesse competition. During my studies, I focused on CAD and production, undertaking a year long placement with Chinti and Parker to deepen these skills. Additionally, digital art has become a key part of my creative practice and passion. My collection examines the interaction between androids and humans, drawing on historical depictions of androids and reimagining them for today. It explores metallic textures, reflective surfaces, and structured aesthetics inspired by grids and retro sci-fi art movements. I used striping to create gradient effects, referencing glass-like reflections in my knits. A bold, futuristic colour palette highlights how past visions of AI and androids still shape their perception in the present.
