My FMP collection explores the concept of solitude, not as a void, but as a space for personal discovery. Solitude is often misunderstood as isolation or loneliness, but in reality, it can be a profound journey into finding our own peace and individuality. It is a process to change our mental which may cause and stop from social hangover. Shadow and illusion is the main idea to be created within the garments as shadow is the only company with ourselves when we are doing things alone and that means we are not actually alone, but just enjoy the solitude. Monochrome and muted colours will be used in the collection where darker tones could symbolize isolation, while softer tones could convey peace. And consider using fabrics that flow might suggest the fragility when being alone, while rigid ones can symbolize strong, confidence or independent. While through refined lines, or oversized silhouettes, symbolize protection from the outside world, and layered over fabrics also create gradient where indicate the difficulties of getting though the solo journey. I aim to capture the essence of solitude, to reflect and embrace our own fragile in my collection.
