Daisy is a Fashion Textiles graduate specialising in printed textiles, with a strong interest in both menswear and womenswear, sustainable fashion, heritage textiles and material-led design. Her practice is rooted in place-based design and driven by an appreciation for craftsmanship and the storytelling potential of textiles, with a particular focus on longevity, reclaimed materials and considered approaches to making. Through experimentation with print, colour and process, she explores how materials can carry narrative and create meaningful connections between garments and the environments they respond to. With a strong emphasis on print-led design, Daisy develops work through layered visual research, translating ideas into expressive print outcomes. Alongside her studies, she has gained industry experience across design, production and circular fashion practices through internships with KESTIN, Tribal Textiles and Finisterre. Working across product development, textile processes and repair-focused design has strengthened her understanding of both creative and practical approaches within the fashion industry. With skills in Adobe Creative Suite, pattern cutting, garment construction and a range of textile printing techniques, she brings a thoughtful and hands-on approach to design that values craft, sustainability and the lifespan of a product.
