This project explores the relationship between practicality and aesthetics through the lens of women's climbing wear. It stems from a fascination with garments that are shaped by movement, performance, and protection, yet remain capable of expressing identity and beauty. By examining climbing apparel as both functional equipment and a form of dress, the project questions the perceived divide between utility and fashion. It investigates how clothing designed for physical endurance can also embody elegance, femininity, and individuality, ultimately proposing that function and aesthetics are not opposing forces, but can coexist to enrich the experience of wearing and moving through the world.
