This collection explores “Structured Rebellion,” rooted in my experience of East Asian school uniforms, where discipline and collectivism shape a controlled system. Within this framework, individuality emerges through subtle shifts in styling, proportion, and detail. The design focuses on material transformation and body proportion. Woven-bag textures are reworked and translated into prints and surface treatments, creating a contrast with more familiar uniform fabrics such as checks. At the same time, the silhouette explores the waist, using layering, displacement, and reconfiguration to alter how the body is structured. Through these interventions, the collection reflects a controlled form of rebellion, where structure is not rejected but quietly reshaped.
