I find joy in juxtaposition, the pairing of different aesthetics, and playing with femininity. My heritage of being half-Indonesian and half-Northern Irish is what influenced my style and how I play with Fashion as well as my love for dressing up as princesses when I was younger. Growing up I was expected to balance being lady-like and pretty with being tough and protective, this is reflected in my designs and collections as well as my life experiences that weave throughout the storyline, living in England for the last four years and being in fashion education for seven years has taught me so much about myself and my relationship with Fashion and aesthetics.
