Decoded is an Autumn/Winter fashion collection inspired by neurodiversity and my personal hidden experiences. My work explores distortion, unconventional construction, and concealed messages to reflect the emotions, resilience, and individuality often connected to learning differences. Drawing inspiration from 1990s workwear, I combine oversized silhouettes with sharp tailoring, waved seams, and distorted construction to create garments that feel both powerful and expressive. Created entirely from designer deadstock fabrics, sustainability is a core element of the collection, giving forgotten materials a renewed purpose. Red leather crosses, exposed red stitching, and red bias binding appear throughout each garment, reclaiming the familiar red underline traditionally associated with mistakes and correction. By transforming the colour red into a symbol of confidence and self-expression, Decoded celebrates imperfection and encourages people to wear their imperfections with confidence.
