This project allows me to express my own personal values as a fashion designer and explore my intentions through the process of fashion design and development. It is focused on craft, experimentation, and emotional connection. This collection begins with the nun's habit as a point of reference, exploring garments that are associated with discipline, uniformity, and modesty. Elements such as the wimple, veil and robe are reinterpreted to question the boundaries of concealment and exposure. The collection focuses on a restrained and neutral aesthetic, where form and proportion shape the body without overt display. Craft plays a central role in the process, with hand embroidery, beading, casting, and construction emphasising time and care, each piece is built through attention, precision, and intention.
