This collection is inspired by the drape of the Indian saree and traditional Bandhni prints, reimagined in a contemporary way. Personal pen-sketched portraits are used as print elements to add individuality and storytelling to the designs. The work is influenced by Dries Van Noten’s expressive use of print and colour, and Alexander McQueen’s strong, structured jackets. By combining soft draping with bold tailoring, the collection reflects a balance between tradition and modern fashion, focusing on print, identity, and craftsmanship.
