Are we there yet?

I am a newly graduated BA (Hons) Fashion Design student from Sheffield Hallam University. As a driven and hardworking individual, I am keen to take on a variety of challenging roles and aim to develop and advance my creative and technical skills. I work efficiently both as a group and individually, easily, and quickly adapting to the surroundings. Throughout my time at university, I have specialised in womenswear, which I followed through for my graduate collection. I previously undertook a fashion internship at Megan Crook Textiles where I assisted the team with pattern cutting, garment construction and their social media presence. The 6 months I spent working for the brand really allowed me to expand my abilities and skills. I am currently working at Matacomplex Ltd, a rising independent womenswear brand. All the garments are handmade, which has allowed me to advance my sewing skills. I have recently been selected to showcase my work at the 2021 Graduate Fashion Week.
