I have a particular love for garment construction and pattern cutting. My feminine design approach contrasted with my love for masculine silhouettes and fabrics combine to create collections that express who she is as a designer. For the Artsthread/Pentland Churchill Project I was one of thirteen finalists. My portfolio showcases various projects throughout my final year of university including, Final Major Project, External Competition for Pentland Group, and a collaboration with Iceberg. After studying Fashion Design for three years, I have noticed the lack of inclusivity especially for women. As a woman myself I have a strong passion for women to be noticed within the work society and always try to empower through my work. I have keen interests in femininity and pattern cutting so I aim to combine both to create inclusivity for all that are still not covered in the industry. I think now it is important to create and design collections for everyone involved.
