I am a diligent, curious, nature-loving individual with an interest in all forms of design, performing arts and creative discourse. My interests lie predominately in live materials, regenerative and earth-centric design. I am inspired by the opportunity to shift the focus of the current anthropogenic design scene towards achieving a synergy with the natural environment by co-evolving design with eco-systems and placing the holistic environment at the heart of the design process. For my final collection, I have investigated Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), looking at how we can utilise the health benefits (such as increased positive mental health, increased activity of your immune system, and lowered stress levels) through photosynthesising garments and carbon sequestering paint. I have interned at Dundas, Jun Jie Liu and Phase Eight, participated in live briefs: Stella McCartney, Iceberg, Goldsmiths Vintage and participated in international collaborations.
