Amantle Otukile is Womenswear designer, of Botswanna heritage. He is a recent Sheffield Hallam graduate in Fashion Design. His recent collection is exploring what is to be a strong woman in Botswanna, as during his study of fashion design noticed the lack representation of his culture wanted to celebrate through his womenswear collection. As I think more than ever it’s important to be able celebrate and create work that can educate others about cultures that are usually overlooked.
