KNW - Project aim – to create an experimental fashion collection and ideas originating from the environment of my family rice factory in Thailand combined with the farm aesthetic drawing on my research into Asian (Japanese) workwear and Jackie Nickersons ‘Farm’ and styling idea from them. I aim to propose a new perception of contemporary menswear by taking shapes and silhouettes from giant box-shaped ‘rice bags’ and relating this to oversized silhouettes by Miyake making good connections between these to inform your ideas development of my garment.
