Katie Winter-Wright is a womenswear designer. After placements at WED and Simone Rocha, for her graduate collection, ‘One’s Own’, Katie began from thesis research into women artists. Informed by the fabrication of the self created by clothing within these works, a love for crochet and stories of her Nan skipping school to knit in the park; Katie focused on creating a tangible realisation of what it is to be a woman in the 2020s, whilst still feeling defined by the material and the home.
