How will we define ‘BOUNDARIES’ in the post-pandemic era? Is it a geographical boundary, a time and space boundary, or a cultural boundary? After experiencing cross-country travel during the pandemic, I began to think about Perhaps we cannot intuitively observe and appreciate a completely different cultural and geographical environment from the perspective of a bystander. Sourced from the city library in my hometown, Phillips’s and Glathe’s writings and photographs document ordinary people from the perspective of a bystander. I found that the trend of fashion blurred the gender boundaries in Cheongsam. All of the people wore these comfortable and flexible garments. Inspired by this, I explore the combination of a Cheongsam and a suit. I kept the variability and gender neutrality of the Cheongsam. Also, I integrated the trend of casual wear in the city with polar explorers and marine explorers, developed a detachable garment, and integrated it into it.
