My final collection arose from a desire to demonstrate that disability is not synonymous with inability. Disabilities come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and they can necessitate special clothing requirements such as a certain size and fit or alternate closures. Well-designed clothing can boost the confidence of others, which is especially true for those who are physically or mentally challenged. My interest lies in designing and creating concepts that are progressive and unconventional at the same time, I set out to subvert and undermine this authority by designing clothing that could support people with or without diverse needs. In simple words my designs can be worn by all diverse bodies. Moving on perennial nautical and vacation themes. My desire to demonstrate that one piece can fit all with tiny adjustments which can be made right at the moment informed the title of my collection “The Next Phase”
