I was inspired by family ties to Yorkshire, where at least once a year I am able to visit the many members of my extended family. Most come from West Yorkshire, and although I have never lived there, I feel an intensely strong connection to the area. Through this collection I celebrate the history and traditions of Yorkshire through a wide range of different textiles and materials, and have tried to express my interpretation of the modern Yorkshire man.
