I am, by nature, engaged with Fashion as a form of self-expression and storytelling. I dive deeply into my identity and imagination, to create fashion that expresses my emotions. Researching heritage and culture is a very important part of my work process. I am of Bulgarian and Italian descent and this my initial inspiration. I always used my imagination as a survival tool, with which I could escape reality and see behind the limits that my cultural bubble had to offer. Very often, I play with the juxtapose of sensual hand draping and sharp, structural tailoring to express the power of the women I design for, with their gentle and dramatic beauty underneath. My take in fashion is to design sophisticated, feminine garments, with great attention to detail. Being extravagant and sophisticated, my work offers women a very personal monologue for expressing themselves in a way they always wanted, but never felt confident to do
