Warehouse and the British Fashion Council are teaming up once again in a bid to find fashion’s next big thing! Last year’s winner, Ruth Green of Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication, was picked from 10 finalists by a panel of judges including Grazia’s Style Director, Paula Reed.

Ruth went on to see her designs produced and sold in Warehouse stores throughout the country and following her placement is now studying a Masters in Womenswear Knit at the Royal College of Art. One of the runners up also secured a permanent role in the Design department after completing a two week placement.

To help our quest, we are inviting Course Heads from the BFC Colleges Council member colleges to each select 2/3 graduating fashion design students whose final collections they feel show exceptional design ability, innovation and relevance to the Warehouse profile.

The winner will see their designs produced and sold in Warehouse stores during London Fashion Week September 2010. They will also be offered a paid design placement at Warehouse.

Applications closed 18th May 2010.
