The British Fashion Council (BFC) is pleased to announce that two time BAFTA and Oscar nominated actor, playwright and director Colman Domingo will host The Fashion Awards 2025 presented by Pandora (TFA). The event will take place on Monday 1st December 2025 at the Royal Albert Hall, London. TFA is a vital fundraiser for the BFC Foundation and spotlights the cultural power of fashion, its most iconic moments and the visionary talents pushing boundaries and redefining the industry.

He’s a fashion icon whose red carpet style has set a fresh agenda for men’s fashion. As host of The Fashion Awards 2025, he brings the presence, spark and originality that makes him such a compelling figure on and off screen.”
Colman is known for his powerful performances across film, television, and theatre. This year, Colman has been featured on the covers of Esquire UK, FT How to Spend It, Vogue and TIME magazines, recognised as one of the 100 most influential people in the world and celebrated for his work to close the racial equity gap. He recently served as co-chair of the Met Gala.
Colman earned widespread acclaim and multiple nominations for Rustin in which he portrayed Civil Rights leader Bayard Rustin and Sing Sing, which he also executive produced, as well as for his role as Mister in The Color Purple. On television, he won an Emmy for Euphoria and received another nomination for The Four Seasons, also leading the limited series The Madness. A celebrated playwright and theatre artist, Colman has originated roles in The Scottsboro Boys, Passing Strange and Blood Knot and written acclaimed solo works including A Boy and His Soul, Wild with Happy and Dot. Next year, he will be seen in the highly anticipated Michael directed by Antoine Fuqua as well as Steven Spielberg’s Sci-fi film.
