BA Hons Fashion Design course at De Montfort University (DMU) aims to nurture individual creativity and entrepreneurship concentrating on the relationship between design and technology.
The course offers specialisms to study in menswear, womenswear and or fashion knitwear, including essential skills for design, modelling on the stand, pattern cutting and 3D realisation of fashion products. With close links with industry our students experience a rich and varied curriculum.
Fashion Design is ranked top two for Fashion and Textiles in the UK for ‘Graduate Prospects’, according to The Guardian University Guide 2020. Also, named best in learning experience in 2019 by The Business of Fashion.
