Ciara Byrne's career spans pioneering digital growth at Google, leading transformative initiatives at Condé Nast, and currently advancing brand innovators through Vestra Partners. Her diverse career path weaves together strategic innovation, leadership in global media and fashion, and a dedication to supporting entrepreneurs, positioning her as a pivotal force in fostering long term business growth.

As founder of Vestra Partners, Ciara applies her expertise to support early-stage brands with international potential. The investment vehicle provides not only capital but also targeted strategic and operational assistance, allowing founders to foster growth by innovating core offerings, building seamless omnichannel presences and international expansion.

Prior to establishing Vestra Partners, Ciara served as Vice President of New Business Innovation at Condé Nast, where she directed the development of major ventures for brands such as Vogue and GQ, including Vogue Business. Employing a design-thinking methodology, she expanded revenue through direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels while advancing the company's strategies in emerging technologies. She also sat on the management team that was responsible for the operation outside of the USA. 

Ciara spent five years at Google in Dublin and London, accelerating business growth through digital innovation. 

She holds a BA in English and Philosophy from University College Dublin (with studies at Sorbonne IV Paris), a Master’s in Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School.
