Scott has a unique set of experiences working in, on or on the Board of some of the world’s most recognised brands including Saatchi and Saatchi, Wieden and Kennedy, Nike, Levi’s, Xbox, Activision and Diesel.

Scott has also run Global excellence hubs, turnaround teams, high-growth squads and has subsequently grown every business he's worked in.

6 years ago, Scott founded the Boom! and work with Global brands and C-Suite leaders to Unblock, Unlock and Unleash commercial, creative or cultural impact that transforms business and individuals.

Ambitious clients and outstanding results are 2 core tenets of his work. At the Boom!, Scott had the pleasure of partnering with Red Bull, Nike, Unilever, Absolut, Channel 4, Peroni, Starbucks, ITV and Wella amongst others and creating new propositions, products and playbooks for success.

He also 1-1 coach C-Suite Agency leaders at Saatchis, MediaCom, Engine group, Mullenlowe and JKR.

Fulfilling a lifelong ambition, Scott co-wrote the Amazon best-seller “Creative Superpowers”, described by Bruce Daisley as a ‘book that makes my brain fizz’ and Emma Gannon as a ‘must read for all business leaders’: Scott is a former music producer, a 3 time top 50 UKs most influential Black Business Leaders and Marketing top 100.

His goal is to impact hundreds of thousands of people each year and, as such, Scott is a global Keynote speaker, taking the Boom! philosophy around the world, speaking alongside Malcolm Gladwell, Keith Weed, Heather Mills and James Kerr amongst others.
