The Descent, is a sportswear collection that focusses on multifunctional garments that can be worn as streetwear and as a skiwear piece. I was inspired by Junko Tabei, who defied cultural expectations in the 1970s, showing resilience, strength and perseverance by being the first female to reach the summit. Women empowerment within sport is important to me, and I wanted to showcase those who have create the foundation for women to participate in sport today.
