OUR HOUSE IS ON FIRE is a call to action, a battle cry to put out the fires of today in order to build the brighter world of tomorrow. As climate change, political unrest and global pandemics rage through our civilisation, it lies upon the youth to fight for this better future. My collection takes shape as an exploration of that – the youth being a force for good in the world. Borrowing inspiration from firefighter uniforms from around the world and throughout history, mixed with a vision of an idyllic future, OUR HOUSE IS ON FIRE is a modern, optimistic interpretation of uniform seen through a genderless lens. It builds upon the foundations of fashions past and charges towards the future.
