London Fashion Week - 11th-13th of June 2022

 

PHYSICAL EVENING EVENT LISTING - APPLICATION CRITERIA 

  • This application is for physical evening event listings only.
  • All applicants will be internally reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • An event will not be listed if it conflicts with the show schedule.
  • All events will be listed as commencing half an hour after the final show.

London Fashion Week - 16th-20th of September 2022

 

LFW SCHEDULE - DIGITAL & PHYSICAL LISTINGS - APPLICATION CRITERIA 

  • Applicants should be over one year in business.
  • Collections should consist of ready-to-wear or accessories, not bridalwear or childrenswear.
  • Applicants must have:
    • a minimum of six stockists, including UK and international (not including own store/e-commerce) OR
    • sell solely direct to consumer (this can include exclusive pop-ups/launches, evidence of substantial sales required).
  • Direct-to-Consumer brands can apply for digital schedule activations only.
  • Digital Schedule requires an element of moving content, a lookbook/imagery will not suffice.
  • Applications are reviewed by an industry e-panel, explained below.
  • Schedule listing fees are dependent on your turnover and type of activation, please do enquire for further detail.
  • If you already show on the LFW/LFWM schedule, you do not need to apply again.
  • Applications for LFW Schedule September 2022 are now closed.

 

DIGITAL DISCOVERYLAB - APPLICATION CRITERIA

The DiscoveryLAB has always been an immersive showcasing environment for our audience to discover and connect with new emerging brands and collaborations within the creative industries, combining the intersections of fashion, music, technology, art, photography and performance.

  • Applicants should be under three years in business and can only participate in Digital DiscoveryLAB a maximum of two times.
  • Collections should consist of ready-to-wear or accessories, not bridalwear or childrenswear.
  • Successful applicants will be awarded a one-off digital schedule slot, to showcase their digital content on the LFW platform (requires moving content).
  • Partner support to be confirmed.
  • Successful applicants are subject to a DiscoveryLAB listing fee, please do enquire for further detail.
  • Applications are reviewed by an industry e-panel, explained below.
  • If the applicant has six or more stockists, they should apply for the schedule application mentioned above.
  • Applications for LFW DiscoveryLAB September 2022 are now closed.

 

INDUSTRY E-PANEL

Schedule/DiscoveryLAB Applicants who meet the criteria will progress to be reviewed by an e-panel of key industry members.

An e-panel of judges are selected each season which includes key opinion formers, media, buyers and representatives from the BFC.

The panel acts in an advisory capacity only. There may be certain cases where the BFC feels a particular applicant may or may not be suitable for London Fashion Week, and the BFC reserves final say.

LFW DIGITAL PROFILE - APPLICATION CRITERIA 

Designers can apply to have a profile page on the LFW platform. We encourage designers to take part in innovative ways, showcasing collections or telling brand stories. See existing LFW profiles here.

  • Collections should consist of ready-to-wear or accessories, not bridalwear or childrenswear.
  • If successful, you would be entitled to a profile on the LFW platform, this requires an annual non-member profile fee or alternatively is included in the BFC Membership programme.
  • You can update your profile all year round, as well as for London Fashion Week events.
  • Applications are reviewed by the BFC who reserves final say.
  • If you already have a profile on the new platform, you do not need to apply again.
  • Applications for LFW Profiles September 2022 are now open and will close on the 15th of July 2022, click here to apply
