LFW AS A FLEXIBLE AND INNOVATIVE PLATFORM

Under the direction of Laura Weir, LFW continues to evolve as a flexible and dynamic platform.  This season sees designers embracing more intentional formats that suit their business needs.

  • Events take centre stage this season. The BFC and ROKSANDA are co-hosting a dinner supported by LFW Principal Partner OMODA, while JW ANDERSON reinforces its presence in London with an event to celebrate the Pimlico store, followed by a dinner. In the lead up to BAFTAs weekend, the BFC will host a dinner with the British Film Institute celebrating the intersection of fashion and film.
  • Designers are increasingly creating their own retail-led environments, blurring the lines between show, store and cultural space. Culture comes into sharper focus this season with CHET LO spotlighting Asian makers through a dedicated market. This extends into pop-up formats, with KNWLS returning to London with a KNWLS universe pop-up celebrating fashion, art, food, music and literature in collaboration with the brand’s community. NICHOLAS DALEY will host a pop-up showcasing his SS26 collection, bringing together craft, design and community - reinforcing LFW as a platform for cultural exchange, commerce and connection. H&M STUDIO returns to schedule with an immersive townhouse takeover.
