Norwich University of the Arts (NUA) empowers students to assert their unique design identity. Diversity, technical excellence and professionalism are core as the students learn creative and practical skills to shape their career. NUA promotes innovation in pattern-cutting, construction, sourcing, digital design, drawing and presentation.
Awareness of fashion history and contemporary issues around ethics and sustainability grow through the course. Guest lecturers offer diverse perspectives. Business workshops include entrepreneurialism, self-promotion and collaboration.
Students demonstrate flexibility in their portfolio through competitions and briefs for companies such as Burberry, Red or Dead and Givenchy. There are opportunities to exhibit at Graduate Fashion Week and NUA’s award-winning campus.
