Nyetimber

As one of the original partners of London Collections: Men, Nyetimber continues its support in celebrating the very best of British style.

For over 20 years, Nyetimber has had a single aim: to make the finest English sparkling wine, one to rival the very best in the world, including champagne. A true pioneer, Nyetimber was the first producer to craft wines made exclusively from the 3 celebrated varieties found in champagne: chardonnay, pinot noir & pinot meunier. Our wines are made from one hundred percent of estate-owned grapes.

Nyetimber’s numerous international awards prove that England can indeed produce wines of Grande marque standard, the vision shared by owner Eric Heerema and winemaker Cherie Spriggs. Nyetimber’s vineyards sit on the type of soil found in champagne, which dips under the channel and reappears in west Sussex.

In June 2013, Nyetimber will be highlighting ten pioneers of style on the Nyetimber style map, each of whom shares our values and vision.  A copy of the Nyetimber style map will be distributed to all attendees and each pioneer of style will be serving Nyetimber classic cuvee during the London Collections: Men.

The department store will be an Official Supplier for the menswear initiative and is proud to be part of the international fashion showcase, which celebrates the creative and commercial importance of British menswear.

John Lewis will preview its spring summer 14 John Lewis & Co range as a part of the LC: M event schedule. Since its launch in 2011, the collection has become one of the department stores biggest brands. It has played an instrumental role in changing perceptions of the John Lewis’ menswear offering and cementing the department store’s position as a leading menswear fashion retailer on the high street.

Designed in-house, John Lewis & Co was the retailer's first private label collection for menswear and brings together the highest quality fabrics, coupled with uncompromising design details and traditional English manufacturing techniques. The past three years has seen the label champion the great British tradition of exploration and adventure - with spring summer 13 drawing inspiration from Asia and the Orient and the autumn winter 13 collection inspired by Scott of the Antarctic. The collection, fronted by male supermodel Johnny Harrington, has also collaborated with some of Britain’s most renowned mills, including Abraham Moon and Harris Tweed, to produce exclusive fabrics.

Spring summer 14 will take a new stylistic direction fusing traditional and technical forms and fabrication.
