The concept for my FMP points to femininity and the history behind the meaning of beauty. Physical attractiveness, especially for women can function as a stigma. Within media advertising, beauty defines and values women through their appearance rather than personality and achievements. I want to use fashion design to explore the idea of feminine beauty and prove everyone is beautiful in their own way. I also take inspiration from warped perceptions of beauty and a deconstructed form
