Mono no Aware

I am a recent Fashion Design Graduate from the University of Hertfordshire. My graduate collection focuses on the combination of tradition and modernity through Japanese inspired Kimono designs. I believe in the freedom to express oneself, this notion fuels my designs within this project, as well as my other work and personal endeavours. I am passionate about the progression of fashion within the realm of gender and expression, therefore my collection challenges stereotypes through gender-neutral designs, whilst still combining traditional styling of the Kimono
