Carrying Rhythm

Yang Gan is a bag and accessories designer who focuses on the human lifestyle. His designs often use fashion products as a medium to try to bring new possibilities to people's lifestyles and attitudes, including but not limited to innovation and exploration of cross-border functionality and emotional social expression. Yang is currently studying in the Fashion programme at RCA. Before that, he studied bag design at BIFT, and worked as a bag designer, specialized in various materials and techniques such as leather and metal. And he also won the First Place Full Prize in Asian New Generation Design Exhibition. He specialises in combining different materials, functionality and appearance in his designs and explores the relationship between them to find the secrets.
