Aimee Charnley

As a passionate fashion designer, I am dedicated to expressing individuality through innovative design. My focuses are on contemporary design, as well as unique, cultural inspirations, with my four graduate collections allowing me to explore this further. I aim to design for a purpose, making sure each design is considered and valuable. Completion of a placement year has provided further guidance towards this and benefitted my development as a transferable designer. Throughout my four years at university and 12 months on an industrial placement, I have developed a breadth of skills and knowledge on the intricate elements involved from the initial design to the final product. A committed love for art, fashion, collaboration and innovation drives me as a designer. Additionally, my studies and experiences have heightened my admiration for the roles involved within the industry through seeing first-hand the dedication and commitment involved, and I am eager to contribute, grow, and create my stamp on the industry!
