My collection OVERBOARD explores my Grandad’s life and love for sailing around the world. This is a personal collection, researching my grandfather's joy for life, memories and passion for sailing. My collection focuses on sustainability, I focused on combining sailing and fishing to create a sustainable fashion solution; 90% of my materials are sustainable utilising offcuts, deadstock fabrics, old broken boat sails, fishing nettings, rope and natural dyeing.
