High Tides

I am a womenswear knitwear designer from Newcastle. I am passionate and dedicated with a keen eye for detail and a love for all things textiles and knit. With my final year collection, I was inspired by the need to preserve and protect the places we love, focusing on the Northeast coastline due to my personal connection. Each piece in this collection is meticulously crafted on domestic knit machines, using a combination of natural yarns, intricate stitch patterns, and thoughtful design elements. I wanted to recreate the unique and textural features of the coastline in my knitwear such as the mossy rocks, ripples on the sandy beaches and layers of the cliffs.
