I’m Mila Whiteoak-Morris — a versatile Fashion Marketing graduate with hands-on experience in talent coordination, large-scale fashion events, and digital marketing. During my time at London Fashion Week, I led backstage teams, managed model castings and fittings, and ensured smooth runway execution — all in high-pressure environments. These experiences sharpened my ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and deliver polished results. I’ve also worked as a Model Booker and Social Media Coordinator, handling end-to-end bookings, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between models, creatives, and clients. I’m confident managing briefs, negotiating contracts, and aligning people to achieve results. My digital marketing experience includes an internship with Girls in Marketing, where I gained skills in SEO, content creation, email campaigns, and social media strategy. I know how to grow audiences and create content that connects, using tools like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. As a Global Ambassador for the New York Institute of Fashion, I’ve delivered PR and marketing workshops to over 1,000 students and professionals across India — building strong public speaking and cross-cultural communication skills.
