renAIssance - A Virtual Rebirth of Humanity

I am a final year BA (Hons) Fashion Design student, specialising in womenswear. Innovation is central to my work as I enjoy creating through juxtaposition and clashing concepts. Having completed a placement year, I have gained skills in technical drawing and print design and I'm excited to get back into the industry. My final project challenges the opinion we are headed for a digital dystopian future as I explore our rapidly advancing technological world in conjunction to the Renaissance era. My collection acts as a narrative, communicating the beauty within technology and the glorious prospects of a technological future through complex pattern cutting and contemporary print. After graduating, I hope to continue to be daringly creative with an aim to live and work abroad. I'd like to join an innovative design team that push the boundaries of fashion.
